Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.  Please plan to arrive ~30 minutes earlier to allow time for parking Appointments may be scheduled by calling 540-374-3290 or you may use our Online Appointment Request Form. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us within 24 hours so that we may accommodate another patient.  There is a $40 missed appointment fee.
