Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8 until 5 with extended evening hours on Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment only.  Appointments may be scheduled by calling 804-448-0198.

Please let the receptionist know what problems you are experiencing.  This will help us to better address your needs.  If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call us within 24 hours so that we may accommodate another patient. 

A $40 charge may be assessed for a missed appointment, if the office was not notified.
