Once you are an established patient, your prescription can be refilled by contacting your pharmacy directly. We will write a new prescription or call in your refill within two business days following your request. Test Results
For better management of your care, our physicians may recommend that you have lab tests, x-rays or other diagnostic tests. We will call you with the test results, even if they are normal, after the doctor has reviewed them. If you have not received your results after one week, please call us. Referrals
If your health insurance is through a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), we will process referrals and authorizations your insurance company requires for specialty services. In most cases, you will need to see your Primary Care Physician (PCP) before being referred to a specialist. For cases in which a physician recommends that you see a specialist, please allow a minimum of three business days for our office to process the required paperwork.
