Billing and Insurance:
Most major insurance plans are accepted. For specific information or to see whether your insurance is accepted by our practice please call 540-899-1354.

Payment for office visits are expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or cash. Our physicians participate in major health plans. Insurance co-payments, deductibles, coinsurance amounts and non-covered charges will be collected at the time of service. The patient is responsible for the deductible, coinsurance and non-covered charges at the time of service.

For your convenience, our office will file the primary and secondary insurance claims. It is important that our office has your insurance information at your initial visit. Please notify us of any changes in your coverage.
Billing questions maybe answered between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday by calling 540-371-4488.


Pre-Certification:
Many insurance companies require pre-certification.  If this is required, please let us know and we will assist you.  Failure to do so may result in your insurance company refusing to pay part or your entire bill. For more information please call our office at: 540-899-1354
